Indirect (Coanda) air
Press the INDIRECT (COANDA) AIR button during cooling
or dry operation when you do not want to feel direct cold
air. Horizontal louvre is set obliquely upward to deliver cool
air to the ceiling.
Press the INDIRECT (COANDA) AIR button during heating
operation when you do not want to feel direct hot air.
Horizontal louvre is set downward to deliver the warm air
down to the floor to warm you.
1. During operation, press the INDIRECT (COANDA) AIR button.

Press the INDIRECT (COANDA) AIR button.
NOTES:
• The INDIRECT AIR setting is cancelled
when you press the TURBO button while
INDIRECT AIR is set.
• If you want INDIRECT AIR operation in TURBO mode,
press INDIRECT AIR button during TURBO operation.
• The air conditioner will default to the original set (fixed)
position when the unit is turned off during INDIRECT AIR
operation.
Turbo operation
In this operation, the air conditioner works at maximum
power to make the room cool or warm rapidly; for example,
when you return home.
1. To activate TURBO operation, press the TURBO button
during operation.
• The remote control will display .
• The temperature display will go off.
• The green TURBO lamp on the unit will illuminate.

Press the TURBO button again.
• TURBO operation will also be cancelled when
the operation mode is changed, or when the unit is
turned off.
• The green TURBO lamp on the unit will turn off.
NOTES:
• You can not set the temperature or fan speed during
TURBO operation.
• When TURBO cool mode is set, the fan operates at
extra high speed for 5 minutes with a temperature
setting of 18°C then defaults to high fan speed with
the same temperature setting.
• When TURBO heat mode is set, the fan operates at
extra high speed for 5 minutes with a temperature
setting of 32°C then defaults to high fan speed with
the same temperature setting.
