Oven accessories
The appliance is fitted with the
following oven accessories:
-
Steel oven shelves (one or two,
depending on the model);
- a drip-tray (enamelled metal tray with
raised edges);
- rotisserie (depending on the model)
for the oven;
The shelf and drip-tray described in
figure are placed inside the oven at
different levels.

Choosing a suitable cookware
utensil
A ) Aluminium, earthenware or Pyrex
cookware utensils reduce base
browning. They are therefore
recommended for cakes or roasts.
B ) Cookware made of cast iron, oven-
proof porcelain, or cookware with
non-stick surfaces and coloured
exteriors, increase base browning,
and are therefore recommended for
cooking pizzas, tarts and in general
all dishes which require even
browning on both the top and
bottom.
