The intervention of one of the safety systems is signalled in the 

DIGIT

 window by an 

Alarm Code

 in the form

of a 

flashing letter

.

If an 

Alarm Code

 is displayed in the DIGIT window while a programme is in execution, the dishwasher stops

(i.e. the cycle is interrupted) and all functions are disabled, including all the buttons with the exception of the
"

" button.
