The device fails to turn on.
Possible Cause:
The battery is dead, or the unit is switched OFF.
Possible Solution:
Charge the battery overnight; ensure the power adapter’s light is illuminated
while charging. While charging switch the unit OFF (away from the USB port).

The device is not getting any GSM Signal
Possible Cause:
GSM Antenna is not connected properly. Or, SIM card is not properly installed.
Possible Solution:
Check the GSM antenna if t is properly connected. Check if the SIM card is
properly installed. Re-insert the SIM card and if same problem try a different SIM card. You can also
check the compatible GSM SIM card from the FAQ link below:

Hang up failure.
Possible Cause:
Unauthorized number dials up the unit.
Possible Solution:
Delete the authorized number or initialize the unit. If the number has not be
added as an unauthorized number, add it.

You received a message “Monitor fail” when you switch to Monitor mode.
Possible Cause:
Unauthorized number dials up the unit.
