The user database allows to disable one or several schedulers by their number. The scheduler
sets a period of time according to which a particular user gains access to output control. It is
possible to disable the scheduler (-s) by user name or by phone number.
For more details on how to set the schedulers, please, refer to chapter 2.6
In order to check the which scheduler (-s) is enabled/disabled for a particular user, send the
SMS message. It is possible to check the expiry date & time by user name or by phone number.
