3.4.3 Correction of the tax program
To correct tax program values, turn the cash register to P mode. Enter number of the tax level you want
to edit and press the
L
(REFUND)
button. Reprogram the parameters as in the case of tax programming
(chapter 3.4.).
Note:
Tax rate can be changed only after daily and periodical report performing in
Z
mode.
3.4.4 Printing of preprogrammed tax values
Verify preprogrammed values by printing them. Press the
U
(CHECK)
button in the tax programming
mode. If you are working in another programming mode, press the
L
(REFUND)
button and then the
U
(CHECK)
button.
3.4.2 Tax name programming
After finishing the tax rate programming, for example
DPH1
44504820
is diplayed. Left digits mean the
number of tax level, the right side is determined for name programming (VAT 6%, VAT 25%, TAX 6%). The
name of tax level can consists of up to 10 characters of standard size.
Enter the hexadecimal character codes that can be found in the alphabetic and hexadecimal character table
(chapter 3.11.)and press
Y
(SUBTOTAL)
. After pressing the button, continue by programming the next
tax levels.
Check programmed values by printing them. Press the
U
(CHECK)
button in the tax programming
mode. The programming of taxes will be finished by pressing the
[
(TOTAL)
button.
Display:
The name of the first tax level programming.
