2 With the UPS operating from batteries, pressing for more than a second self-
test/mute button to turn off the alarm buzzer. Press again as above, the buzzer will
sound again.
5.3 SETTING PARAMETERS
It You can set different operating parameters of the unit, according to the following
procedures:
5.3.1 ECO MODE
(Check italian manual)
1 Enter the menu by pressing and holding the function key settings for more than 2
seconds, and it will appear ECO:
2 Enter the menu by pressing and holding the function button for 1 second setting
(but less than 2 seconds), the letters "ECO" stay on and below the letters "ON" will
flash. Press and hold the button for 1 second inquiring (but less than 2 seconds) to
determine if the ECO function is active or not. When enabled will display "ON",
otherwise it will show "OFF".
3 Confirm ON or OFF, then press and hold the function key settings for more than 2
seconds.
4 Press and hold the function key settings for more than 2 seconds to exit menu and
return to ECO main menu.
5.3.2 OPERATING PARAMETERS OF BYPASS
(Check italian manual)
1. Enter the menu by pressing and holding the key setting function key for 2 seconds,
then re-press and hold the function button for 1 second setting (less than 2 seconds)
and select the output bypass; will appear "BPS "flashing:
Press and hold the function button for 1 second setting (less than 2 seconds), the
letters "BPS" will remain lit and under the "ON" will flash. Press and hold the button
for 1 second inquiring (less than 2 seconds) to determine if the bypass function is
activated or not.
Confirm ON or OFF, then press and hold the function key settings for more than 2
seconds. Press and hold the function key settings for more than 2 seconds to exit
menu and return to the Main BPS. Now the Bypass will be activated or deactivated
and the word "ON" or "OFF" will remain lit without flashing.
Press and hold the function key settings for more than 2 seconds to exit menu and
return to the Main BPS.
