8. TROUBLESHOOTING
8.1 TYPE OF TROUBLE
SIGNAL
POSSIBLE CAUSE
SUGGESTED REMEDY
No LED switches on
LOW BATTERY
Recharge the batteries (see Chap. 6)
Green LED fixed for 5
seconds, then red LED for 1
second, then the transmitter
switches off.
ENABLE SEQUENCE NOT
ENTERED
Enter the transmitter's enabling sequence (Par. 2.3).
Red LED for 1 second, then
the transmitter switches off.
INCORRECT ENABLING
SEQUENCE
Enter the transmitter's correct enabling sequence
(Par. 2.3).
Green LED fixed for 10
seconds then blinks twice
every 2 seconds.
SYSTEM OUTSIDE
OPERATING RANGE
Ensure that operating distance is within the allowed
range (see Chap. 3) and that system has been installed
correctly (see Paragraph 2.5)
RECEIVER OFF
OR NOT WORKING
Receiver shut-down will cause the transmitter to switch
off as well.
Power on the receiver (see Par. 8.3)
Green LED blinking and red
LED on fixed for 10 seconds,
then the transmitter switches
off
TRANSMITTER IS NOT
COUPLED TO ANY
RECEIVER
Perform the coupling procedure (see Chap. 7) for the
replacement of the transmitting unit.
Red LED fixed
STOP MUSHROOM
BUTTON PRESSED
Release the STOP mushroom button.
Green LED blinks rapidly.
RADIO INTERFERENCE
Ensure there are no other similar systems or sources of
noise such as radio bridges or transmitters. Switch the
transmitter off and back on again.
Green LED fixed and red LED
blinks twice every 2 seconds.
RECEIVER ERROR
Switch the transmitter unit off and on again. Contact the
technical assistance if the problem is not resolved.

Check system for proper installation (receiving unit
position, metal obstacles,...)

TRANSMISSION FAILED
Ensure that the receiver indicator light corresponding
to the command actuated from the transmitter turns on.
(see Par. 5.1)
WRONG WIRING
CONNECTION
Check wiring in the receiving unit. (see Par. 5.2)
- RADIO CONNECTION FAILURE: The radio connection is not activated when Start is pressed.
The radio connection is active and working when the green LED blinks slowly (1 flash every second). The lighting of the
red blinking LED indicates low battery (1 hour remaining).
