connector will have to be shortened again (as
described above).
9.5 Changing the drive belt
Undo the nut on the rear of the V-belt cover (Fig.
28 / Item A).
Remove the V-belt cover (29).
Undo the nut on the V-belt tensioning roller and
hold the shaft on the V-belt tensioning roller with
a wrench (Fig. 30 / Item A).
Pull the V-belt tensioning roller (Fig. 31 / Item A)
off the shaft and ensure that you do not lose the
front spacer bush (Fig. 31 / Item B) and the rear
spacer bush.
The V-belt can now be replaced.
In the event that the V-belt has come off the roller,
you need only open up the V-belt cover and refit
the V-belt.
Assemble in reverse order.
10. Storage
Fill the fuel tank before you decommission the
unit for a lengthy period of time.
Clean the snow plow and coat all the metal parts
with a thin film of oil to prevent them rusting.
Store the snow plow in a clean, dry room.
11. Waste disposal
Important.
The snow plow and its accessories are made of
various types of material, such as metal, fluids and
plastic.
Take any defective components and fluids that are
no longer in use to special waste disposal points.
Ask your dealer or your local council.
