SET-UP PROCEDURE CONTINUED ... 

Bottom tethers should be 

secured with the appropriate 

size stake. (See supplement) 

Hook tether around top of stake 

twisting stake one complete turn 

to prevent tether from slipping off 

head of stake. Drive stake into 

ground in a 45 degree angle with 

head of stake facing away from 

the unit.

18" Stakes should always 

be buried� with 

ground (100% Buried). 

Generally,  18" stakes are 

installed after unit has 

been inflated. 

Secure tethers to stakes. 

Locate top tether lines and loosely connect to large stakes 36" or larger, 

keeping some slack unless it is windy. If high winds are a problem  (winds in excess of  15 mph) do 

not inflate the unit. If winds are above 1 O mph but below 15 mph, secure  top tethers by shorting any 

play in tether lines.  Secure all  tethers  firmly after unit is fully inflated.

INDOOR ANCHORING 

Place indoor weight container (sandbag) in the location that is described in your 

Supplemental 

Manual 

for your ride. Please see the specific instructions in your Supplemental Manual for the 

quantity and weight for your unit. 

Step 1. 

Loop rope 

around tether twice. 

BOTTOM TETHERING 

Step 2. 

Tie rope in 

a knot to secure the 

tether. Repeat again 

for a total of 3 knots. 

Step 3. 

When you are 

done the knots should 

be firmly secured to 

the tether.

Place sand­

bag close to unit so 

it does not become a 

tripping hazard.
