Trampoline must be use under adult supervision, called supervisor. His role is :
• To check before use that the trampoline has been correctly assembled and that it can be used safely. For
checking, see dedicated part of this instruction manual. Supervisor also forbid access to trampoline when there
is defective or missing parts. Following the procedure detailed in this manual, he immediately proceed to repairs
on the trampoline.
• To ensure that there not any object, that can disturb trampoline user, on a 3 meter safety zone around the
trampoline.
• To allow only one child at a time to use the trampoline. Allowing more children to be on or under the jumping
mat can lead to shocks or falls during trampoline use.
• To check that child using the trampoline is not wearing fl owing clothes or scarf, that can get stuck on the
frame. Child must not wear earring, necklace or any accessory that can hurt him in case of falling. To prevent the
jumping mat from excessive wear children must take their shoes off before climbing on the trampoline.
• To check that there is no animals on and under the trampoline.
• To check that trampoline is not used under bad weather (storm, rain or wind). Rain makes the jumping mat very
slippery and wind can make the child losing his jumping trajectory. These phenomena can lead to serious falls. It
is recommended to preserve the trampoline from bad weather.
• To check that the child :
• Does not use the trampoline to jump on another higher place (terrace, roof, balcony, etc.)
• Does not jump on the trampoline from an higher place (terrace, roof, balcony, etc.)
• To forbid the child to make somersaults. Falling on the head or on the neck can lead to serious injuries, paralysis
or death, even falling in the middle of the jumping mat.
• To secure the trampoline when it is not used. If the trampoline is equipped with a ladder, it must be removed
from the 3 meter safety area during use. It must be also removed after use to prevent any use without supervision.
Basic jumps

To control your jumps, keep your head straight and your look on the edge of the trampoline.
During fi rst jumps, do not try to go too high. Controlling jumps is more important than height.
Take place on the center of the trampoline and start with little repeated jumps to be sure to always fall on the
center.
To stop bouncing, bend knees when your feet touch the jumping mat.
Trampoline is a activity that requires good physical condition. Do short jumping sessions. Do not jump if you are
tired. Take time to rest between two sessions.
Lean perfectly basic jumps and body positions before trying more advanced techniques. If you want to
experience more jumps on a trampoline, that are not in this
instruction manual, contact a trampoline instructor.
STANDING JUMP
1. Start from the center of the jumping mat, feet spread from
your shoulders width, arms along your body, eyes on the edge
of the trampoline.
2. Start to jump on the trampoline, helping yourself by moving
your arms.
3. On the landing phase, and before touching the jumping mat,
spread your feed from the same width than your shoulders. Do
not position your arms over your shoulders or on your back. Do
not jump on one foot or on tiptoe.
JUMP ON BELLY
Start by setting you on all four crawl on the center of the
trampoline, and jump with this position. When you are in air,
set your legs straight and fall on your belly, using your arms to
support part of your body when you touch the jumping mat (see
picture).
JUMP ON KNEES
1. Start by setting you on your knees on the center of the
trampoline, back straight, eyes on the trampoline edge.
2. Get back on your feet when you jump, using your arms to
balance yourself.
3. Go back to your starting position before touching the jumping
mat.
