PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
This item is our newly developed electrical test pump/washing machine. It has three characteris -
tics as the following:
1. The product has three piston pumps, interlock mechanism adopt Full sealed engine oil to lu-
bricate, and we use completed imported and high quality oil seal to make the machine have a long
working life.
2. After used the six pole motor, the machine can output water 8L/min under the same condi -
tions, which greatly improved the work efficiency.
3. The pump is with one-piece design, each part compact connection to reduce the volume of
machine, besides, the weight of the product is only a half of the similar product’s, so the products is
easy to carry and reduce workers’ work intensity.
OPERATIONAL PROCESS (TEST THE PRESSURE)
1. Plug in, screw on transparent pipe in the water inlet, connect strainer, and put into the contai-
ner in reserve.
2. Screw down valve V2, turn on the power switch, and please turn off the switch when the
water appear from pipe outlet, then screw on the black outlet pipe (there is a red sealing gasket
with the manual). At the same time, connect the other end of outlet pipe with the measured contai -
ner, to ensure that each connector joint sealed at the moment.
3. Turn on the switch, the machine have been carried water to the measured container, the tank
should be injected water timely according to the size of container to avoid air come into the pipe
after water was dry ,which will effect the pressure accuracy.
4. The machine have been adjusted the standard output pressure 1.0Mpa/10KG/Cm
2
/10BAR.
The time of suction pressure initial is different, it base on the actual measured the size of container,
so please be patient.
5. The machine has the automatic pressure protection equipment, it can’t be increase any more
when the pressure gauge display to 1.0Mpa/10KG/Cm
2
/10BAR, then turn off the switch and read
the pressure to distinguish the container’s seal degree.
6. In the practical use, when you need the pressure more than 1.0Mpa/10KG/Cm
2
/10BAR, please
rotate valve V2 clockwise until reach your required pressure after finished the above step 5
7. In the practical use, when you need the pressure less than 1.0Mpa/10KG/Cm
2

se do it after finished the above step 4: rotate valve V2 anticlockwise half circle, then screw down
