BOILER DE-SCALING PROCEDURE
De-scaling the boiler is not an operation covered by the guarantee.
This operation has to be carried out when the de-scaling required signal appears on the control panel, indicating
that the boiler is in need of maintenance and whenever heavy lime scale deposits can lead to malfunction.
To have your boiler de-scaled, contact your approved assistance centre or contact the company direct.
Any faults are signalled by the simultaneous flashing of the icons and when at least one of the
temperature-set buttons comes on.

TROUBLE-SHOOTING
When the system detects a CRITICAL error it is impossible to perform normal operations from the control
panel. The Hammam and colour-therapy sequences cannot be run. Only the White Light will operate, if this
is fitted, unless of course the problem also affects this function. The control panel is only able to operate in
“STAND-BY” and” PANEL ON” modes.
Critical errors make it impossible to switch on any of the func
tions.
To find out what these are, consult the “TROUBLE-SHOOTING” table.

CriTiCAL errOrS
Example:
Lack of communication with the internal circuit boards or incorrect database, when a circuit board has been
replaced and the start-up sequence has not been run. In this situation repeat the start-up sequence (see
chapter 4.1). If the problem persists, disconnect from the power supply, turn off the water tap upstream of the
unit and call your approved assistance centre or call the company direct.
