Printer Troubleshooting
The printer driver was successfully installed but I can’t print to the printer.
Recommended action
1.
On your Windows client computer, open
Printers and Faxes
in
Control
Panel
.
2.
Right-click the name of the printer icon, and then click
Properties.
3.
Click the
Advanced
tab, and then click
Print Processor
.
4.
Change the print processor to
WINPRINT
if it is not already set to it.
