: make a hole in the countertop with a support for the machine as shown in the
figure below (the support can be made using a metal bracket folded into an L-
shape).The countertop and the equipment should be connected with 6 M5 through
bolts, through the perforated countertop.
Once in place, the remaining space (approx. 3 mm on each side) should be filled in with food-
grade, mould-resistant silicone that can withstand temperatures of at least 100ºC.
C. Supported with a sealed border
: make a support in the steel plate countertop as shown
in the following image. Insert the machine and attach it using the provided flanges.
