Double click on the "PCI Ethernet Controler (for Win98SE) or "Network Adapter" (for
WinME) (denoted by a yellow mark symbol).

Click the "Update Driver" tab tab on the “Driver” item and select the “Next”.
Select the "Specify the location of the driver (Advanced)" item. Select the “Specify a
location”.
Select the "Browse" button and specify for the designate location of your CD driver.

Please follow these instructions to install the Modem driver:
From your screen, click on the "My Computer" icon and use your mouse or touchpad
right button to select the "Properties" item.

Click on the "Hardware" tab from the "System Properties" dialog window.
Click on the "Other Device" (denoted by a yellow mark symbol), select the "PCI
Device" (for Win2K) or "PCI Modem" (for WinXP).
Click the "Update Driver" tab and select the "Install from a list or specific location
(Advanced)" item.
Select the “Include this location in the search” item.
Select the "Browse" button from the "Include this location in the search" and specify for
the designate location of your CD driver.
