When resizing any portion of common venting system,

in chapter 13 of the National Fuel Code, ANSI Z223.1/
NFPA 54, or Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code,
CAN/CSA B149.1.
Placing The Boiler
Place boiler to provide most direct connections to

combustion air, vent, and system piping as possible.
Place crated boiler as close to selected location as

possible and uncrate boiler.
Move uncrated boiler into position with appliance dolly
•
or 2-wheel hand truck.
Insert dolly or hand truck under

right hand side of
boiler. It is possible to slide boiler for short distance on
smooth fl oor or surface.
