5. Troubleshooting
No. Malfunction Possible Causes Solutions

When Safety Pod is powered ON,
WINBOT reports “Please turn on
Safety Pod.”
Safety Pod is in Sleep
Mode.
Power ON Safety Pod again to wake it up.

After Safety Pod is powered ON,
the Battery Indicator makes no
react.
Safety Pod's batteries are
low.
Replace the batteries as indicated in Section 3 Maintenance. If the
problem persists, please contact customer care.

When WINBOT is working or
paused, the Safety Pod Status
Indicator on WINBOT flashes RED
and WINBOT reports “Insufficient
suction power.”
Safety Pod is losing
suction.
Detach Safety Pod from the window, clean Safety Pod with a clean
cloth and attach it to the window again until the Safety Pod Status
Indicator on WINBOT glows GREEN.

When WINBOT is working or
paused, the Safety Pod Status
Indicator on WINBOT flashes RED
and WINBOT reports “Safety pod
signal error.”
Safety Pod is not paired
with WINBOT or has a
pairing malfunction.
Within 60 seconds after powering ON WINBOT, press and hold
WINBOT START/PAUSE Button and the Safety Pod Pairing Button at
the same time until the Safety Pod Status Indicator flashes GREEN and
RED indicating the pairing is successful.

When WINBOT is working or
paused, the Safety Pod Status
Indicator on WINBOT flashes RED
and WINBOT reports “Safety pod
not plugged in correctly.”
The Safety Pod Connector
is not properly connected
to the Safety Pod Port on
WINBOT.
Insert the Safety Pod Connector into the Safety Pod port, press it and
turn clockwise until it locks into place.
6 The Remote Control does not work.
Remote Control is not
paired with WINBOT or
the pairing is invalidated.
Switch OFF and restart the robot. Within 60 seconds, press and
hold on WINBOT and on the Remote Control at the same time
until the indicator flashes GREEN and RED indicating the pairing is
complete.
