Warnings and Cautions
WARNING
• Shut off power at the circuit breaker or fuse panel before removing the
old fixture or installing the new one.
• LEDs can be damaged by electro static discharge (ESD) shock. Before
installation, discharge yourself by touching a grounded bare metal
surface to remove this hazard. To avoid damage, do not remove the
clear lens over the LED module.
CAUTION

DO NOT USE THIS FIXTURE WITH A DIMMING CIRCUIT
. If presently
using dimmer controls, remove and replace with regular electrical
switches. If presently using with a three-way dimmer, replace it with a
regular three-way switch. A qualified electrician should do the installa-
tion if unfamiliar with electrical installations.
• This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is subject
to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful
interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Locate the mounting keyhole slots on the back of the fixture and measure the distance
between the slots to determine the placement of the wood screws on the mounting
surface.
NOTE
: The mounting location must be within 5 ft. of an electrical outlet. Do not
drill holes into the mounting surface until proper placement is determined.
If plugged into an unswitched wall outlet, the inline switch needs to be installed in order
to operate the fixture. The inline switch is not required if the fixture is plugged into a
switch controlled wall outlet.
This unit has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety
feature and will only fit one way in a polarized outlet. If the plug does not fit
completely into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician. Do

1. Use only insulated staples or plastic ties to secure the cords.
