Saute
1. Follow steps in the Cooking Preparation section
of this manual. Keep the lid open to avoid pressure
from building up inside the cooker. An optional
glass lid can also be used.
2. Contact power cord. The LED display shows
indicating that it is in standby state.
3. Press Saute key. For safety reasons, the maximum
operation time of one Saute cycle is 20 minutes.
4. Heating starts automatically in 10 seconds. The
LED display shows indicating that the pre-
heating state is in progress.
To avoid pressure building up, the lid cannot be closed. Or else this can be hazardous.
The Saute program can be cancelled by pressing the Keep warm/Cancel key at
any time.
5. When cooking finishes, the cooker beeps and automatically goes into standby state. If
you need more time, simply press the Saute key again.

Making Yogurt
1. Follow steps in the Cooking Preparation section
of this manual.
The temperature of cooled fresh milk and yogurt
are about 20
℃
. Stir them in proportion of 10:1,
then put the mixture in the inner pot.
2. Contact power cord. The LED display shows
indicating that it is in standby state.
3. Press Yogurt key. Heating starts automatically in
10 seconds. The time on LED display counts down,
and the Yogurt indicator lights up.
The Yogurt program can be cancelled by pressing the Keep warm/Cancel key at
any time.
4. When cooking finishes, the cooker beeps and automatically goes into standby state.

Pressing the Keep warm/Cancel key in standby state activates the Keep Warm
function. When Keep Warm function starts, the keep warm indicator is bright, and 0H
is shown on the screen. The time counts up by minutes for up to 8 hours. The Keep
Warm function can be used with or without the lid closed. You can also use an optional
glass lid for this function. When it finishes, the cooker beeps and automatically goes into
standby state.
