Empty and clean the dust
container and dust filter
Note:
To get the best performance, clean the dust
filter after having emptied the dust container 5 times
and the plastic cyclone filter every 3 to 6 months.
1. Remove the handheld vacuum cleaner from the
unit. Press down the release button to remove the
handheld vacuum cleaner.
2. Untighten the release clamp. Empty the dust from the
dust container.
3. Rotate the dust container towards the “unlock”
marking to remove the dust container. Then take out
the dust filter assembly.
4.
Take out the upper HEPA-filter and the plastic cyclone
filter. Then wash them and let dry naturally.
Do not
use a washing machine to clean the dust filter
assembly. Do not use a hair dryer to dry it.
Air dry only.
5.
After having dried completely, replace the HEPA-filter
assembly back into the dust container and push the
dust filter assembly to fit firmly in the dust container.
NEVER
operate the vacuum cleaner without dust filter
assembly in place.
6. Re-attach the dust container assembly to the
handheld vacuum cleaner by rotating it downwards.
CAUTION
The suction inlet must always be open and free of any obstructions. Otherwise, the motor may overheat and could be
damaged.
Note
It is recommended that the HEPA-filter should be cleaned or replaced regularly and the cyclone system should be
cleaned every 3 to 6 months depending on usage to ensure best performance of the vacuum cleaner. The power brush
rolling bar should be cleaned from caught up hair when necessary.
Note
In case of wrong operation, such as the power brush rolling bar is blocked by hair etc. or the main vacuum motor inlet
is jammed, or the battery is too hot, etc., the system may shut down to protect the unit from damage. Remove objects
jamming the inlets or the power brush and let the device cool. Then use the charger to re-activate it. In case the problem
still exists, contact a qualified service agent for repair or customer service.
