P3: The maximum detected discharge temperature(TD) is no less than 248F.
E3: System locks up when P3 has occurred six times within 3 hours.

Dirty plugging of TXV(indoor unit).

Damaged main control board.

Are the stop valves of outdoor unit open?

Open the stop valve
Check whether the discharge temperature sensor is properly seated on
the discharge pipe and securely connected to CN7 terminal on the
main control board.
Check whether the
Resistance of Temperature sensor B*
is correct.
Unplug TD sensor from CN7 and cycle the power. Can it operate under
backup running?
YES
Is there abnormal sound or vibration for compressor?
YES
Replace the main control board
