1. Undo and remove the screw from the bottom edge
of the detector to detach the rear cover
2. Open the mounting bracket.
3. Unscrew the screw from the battery cover.
4. Remove the battery cover.
5. Insert 3 AA-size 1.5V alkaline batteries into the
battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity
is followed.
6. Replace the battery cover and then the rear cover
firmly.
(I) Wall mounting
1. Place mounting bracket over the desired location
on the wall. Through the 2 screw holes of the
bracket, mark the mounting surface with a pencil
(Fig.2).
2. Where marked, drill holes into mounting surface
using an appropriate size drill bit and insert the
