REFILLING THE ECO-100
•
After deactivating pneumatic control handle (Deadman), keep nozzle firmly in hands and
pointed away from any person until abrasive flow has completely stopped.
•
When the operator releases the Deadman, the ECO-100 will automatically depressurize. This
will deactivate the blaster and depressurize the blast pot.
•
You will hear a loud exhaust sound when the pressure control button is deactivated. This is
the exhaust valve relieving the air pressure from the vessel.
•
After the blaster has fully depressurized, the plunger will drop.
•
You can now refill the vessel with your desired abrasive.
•
After the ECO-100 is refilled with abrasive reactive the pressure control button. This will re-
pressurize the blast pot to the previously set pressure.
