Vacuum hose making
vacuum on the bottom of the

Readjust the position of the
hose so that it does not touch

Place a diamond tip on the

cleaning cap on it.

tip
is
completely placed, without
there being space with the
applicator body.
When making contact
with the patient’s skin,
the product takes time
to leave the tip.
The device consumes
too much product.

and ask for technical service.
8. TECHNICAL SERVICE
The equipment must be repaired and / or maintained exclusively in places authorized by
ECLERIS. We recommend using the following procedure to expedite the service of repair and
replacement of products under warranty.
Contact the technical service department of your local distributor or the nearest ECLERIS
office.
1. Provide detailed information about the problem.
2. If the problem cannot be solved by fault detection, you must send the product for repair.
You must attach the following product information:
Owner's name.
Owner's address.
