4.5.6 Overview of the system configuration
The configuration of the LAN gateway can be displayed on the monitor interface via the command
“
showsysconf”.
Step
PC procedure
1.
Activate the monitor interface as described in 4.2.2.
2.
Enter the command “
showsysconf
“ and
ENTER
in the console.
3.
The system configuration is displayed.
4.
The configuration of the node information is
carried out in accordance with chapter 4.5.7
The configuration of the CAN bus address is
carried out in accordance with chapter 4.5.3
The configuration of the reboot interval is
carried out in accordance with chapter 4.5.4
The configuration of the trace level is carried
out in accordance with chapter 4.5.5
The configuration of the IP configuration is
carried out in accordance with chapter 4.5.1
with chapter 4.5.2
4.5.7 Configuration of the node information and priority
The configuration of the node information as well as the priority must be conducted via the store computer
menu. This configuration
cannot
be carried out on the LAN gateway itself!
Under the store computer’s menu item 7 – “Monitoring“, select submenu 3 – “Configuration” and enter the LAN
gateway’s CAN bus address. Now – with the corresponding rights – both the LAN gateway’s name and alarm
priority can be changed.
The monitoring and failure alarm is carried out analogous to the other LDS components.
Due to restrictions in the firmware of the store computer a reliable integration of the
LAN gateway in the node monitoring function is only possible under the CAN bus
address 127!
When assigning the CAN bus address 126 the priority must be set to 0 (message
list)!
