4. Turn the meat just once during cooking. The exact cooking time depends on the thickness of the steak and
how well done you like it. The time can be in the range of 2–8 minutes for each side. Press on the steak to
fi nd out how well it is done – the fi rmer it seems the more done it is.
5. Before serving let the steak rest for several minutes on the plate, it will be more tender.
Sauté
1. Use wok with fl at bottom, suitable for ceramic hobs or a large frying pan.
2. Prepare all necessary ingredients and utensils. Frying should be fast. If you fry large quantity, divide it in
several smaller portions.
3. Briefl y heat the pan and add two tablespoons of oil.
4. First brown the meat, put it aside and keep it warm.
5. Sauté vegetables. When it is hot but still crispy, turn the cooking zone to a lower temperature, put back the
meat and add other ingredients or sauce.
6. Fry lightly all the ingredients so that the everything is thoroughly warmed. Serve warm.

The following values are only approximate. Specifi c settings depend on many factors, including the dishes
used and quantity of food. Over time you will fi nd the optimal setting that will best suit your needs.

Everyday ceramic

Turn off the power of the ceramic hob.
Apply on the still warm (not hot) ceramic
surface the cleaner for ceramic hobs.
Rinse and dry using clean cloth or a paper
towel.
Turn the ceramic hob on again.
When the ceramic hob is off , the indicator
of hot surface is not on, but the hob can
still be hot! Be careful!
Coarse sponges or aggressive cleaners
can scratch the surface of the ceramic
hob. Always read in the instructions if the
cleaner is suitable for ceramic surfaces.
Never leave on the surface residue of the
cleaner, permanent stains could stay on the
ceramic hob.
Boiled over foods,
melted remains and
stains from sweet,
hot liquids.
Remove as soon as possible using spatula
or scraper suitable for ceramic surfaces, but
beware of hot cooking zones:
Turn off the power of the hob.
Hold the tool under a 30° angle and scrape
the dirt to a cold area of the ceramic hob.
Here you can remove the dirt using a sponge
or a paper towel.
Perform the above described procedure
during everyday cleaning.
Remove the residue of sweet foods as soon
as possible. If you leave it to cool down
on the surface, its removal could become
diffi
cult and it even could permanently
damage the ceramic surface.
When handling sharp objects be careful
and keep them away from children.
