Use the correct amount of detergent 

according to the instructions on the 

package.

There is too much laundry in the 

washing machine.

Check that the maximum capacity for 

the selected program has not been 

exceeded.

Hard water.

Increase the amount of detergent 

according to the manufacturer's 

instructions.

The laundry is too pressed together 

in the drum.

Make sure that the laundry is evenly 

distributed in the drum.

As soon as the washing 

machine is filled with 

water, the water is 

drained.

The end of the drain hose is too low 

for the washing machine.

Check that the drain hose is at suitable 

height. (**).

Water did not appear in 

the drum during washing.

There is no malfunction. The water 

is in the part of the drum that is not 

visible.

Error codes and their solution

The washing machine is equipped with a built-in malfunction detection system. Malfunctions are indicated by 

a combination of lit operating lights. The most common error codes are listed below.
