The washing machine
does not fill with water.
The water tap is closed.
Open the tap.
The water supply hose may be
tangled.
Check the supply hose and untangle it.
The water supply hose is clogged.
Clean the filters of the inlet hose. (*)
The inlet filter is clogged.
Clean the water supply filters. (*)
The door of the washing machine is
not closed.
Close the washing machine door.
The washing machine
does not drain water.
The drain hose is clogged or
tangled.
Check the drain hose and then clean or
untangle it.
The pump filter is clogged.
Clean the pump filter. (*)
The laundry is too pressed together
in the drum.
Spread the laundry evenly in the
washing machine.
The washing machine
vibrates.
The feet were not adjusted.
Adjust the feet. (**)
The shipping screws have not been
removed.
Remove the shipping screws from the
washing machine. (**)
Small load in the drum.
This does not prevent the washing
machine from operating.
The washing machine is overloaded
with laundry or the laundry is
unevenly distributed.
Do not overload the drum. Spread the
laundry evenly in the drum.
The washing machine is placed on a
hard surface.
Do not place the washing machine on
a hard surface.
Excessive foam forms in
the detergent drawer.
Excessive amount of detergent was
used.
Press the Start / Pause button. To stop
foaming, dilute one tablespoon of the
softener in 1/2 liter of water and pour
it into the detergent drawer. After 5–10
minutes press Start/Pause button.
An unsuitable detergent was used.
Only use detergents made for
automatic washing machines in the
washing machine.
