This will display the “Breaker” configuration screen.
This screen is covered in more detail in the “Breaker
Configuration” section of this document, but for now, the
“Status” of the controllable circuit breaker is displayed on
this screen beside the “Name” edit box. This status field
has following format:
Feedback: Commanded State Status
Feedbacke:
ON/OFF feedback status reported by the
circuit breaker;
Commanded State: last ON/OFF command issued to
the controllable circuit breaker;
Statuse:
“IN” – in service (normal)
“OUT” – out of service (overridden).
The normal status of the controllable circuit breaker could
be “ON: ON IN” or “OFF: OFF IN.”
Override ON—circuit breaker
Tap “Override ON” button to override selected circuit
breaker “ON”.
The selected controllable circuit breaker status should
display “ON: ON OUT”.
In the “Breakers” screen for the selected panelboard, the
individual controllable circuit breaker button background
should now be red with a yellow border around it, denoting
an override is activated for this controllable circuit breaker.

The yellow “Override” LED on the PRC-E controller
will illuminate indicating an override is active.
Override circuit breaker OFF
Tap “Override OFF” button to override the selected
controllable circuit breaker “OFF”.
The selected controllable circuit breaker’s status should
display “OFF: OFF OUT”.
In the “Breakers” screen for selected panelboard, the
individual controllable circuit breaker button background
should now be green with a yellow border around it,
denoting an override is activated for this controllable
circuit breaker.

The yellow “Override” LED on the PRC-E controller
will illuminate indicating an override is active.
Clear circuit breaker override
Tap “Clear Override” button to clear override for selected
controllable circuit breaker and return it to normal in-service
operation.
The selected controllable circuit breaker status should
display “ON: ON IN” or “OFF: OFF IN”, depending on the
last command issued to the circuit breaker while it was
under the override. The yellow border around the circuit
breaker box will change to white confirming that the circuit
breaker is in the normal state.

The yellow “Override” LED on the PRC controller
may remain “ON”, if other controllable circuit breakers
in the panelboards are in override.
