SINGLE-PHASE UPS SERVICES
Eaton provides a full range of single-phase UPS service options, including service plans for both UPSs and batteries. Service plans enhance the
limited factory warranty by providing up to five years of bumper-to-bumper service from basic overnight replacement to comprehensive on-site system
coverage including preventive maintenance.
THREE-PHASE UPS SERVICES
Eaton offers a variety of service plans for large Powerware UPS products, batteries, and related power quality products. Customers are encouraged
to purchase service plans at the time of product purchase (concurrently) or after a product has been installed and prior to warranty expiration (non-
concurrently). Service plans include both preventive maintenance and emergency, corrective coverage for most parts and labor. Plans can be specific
to the UPS electronics or extend to the batteries.
Service plans generally add features like contract priority status, remote monitoring services, technical support, and Web access to service site
history information exclusive to contract customers (they cannot be purchased without a corrective contract). Additionally, contracts are value priced
compared to a single PM and an average emergency Time & Materials (T&M) event (a single rectifier board can exceed $5,000 plus labor to replace).

eNotify Remote Monitoring
Included with all PowerTrust Service Plans, eNotify features 7x24 real-time monitoring of 100+ UPS and battery alarms, with technical experts to respond
immediately and resolve many issues remotely. Monthly email reports also detail UPS performance and alarm history.
SELF-INSTALLING ENOTIFY .0
A Quick Start Guide and self-installation wizard tool are available on both the Software Suite CD and online at www.powerware.com/enotify/. This self-
installation process takes as little as 10 minutes to complete and enables new customers to enjoy a 90-day free trial period prior to the purchase of any
PowerTrust Service Plan.
To activate eNotify, customers must have a ConnectUPS Web/SNMP card and an Environmental Monitoring Probe (EMP).
