4.0 Operation
Wiring detail – standard unit
Wiring detail – telephone/relay initiate unit
The operating voltage of the unit is stated on the unit
label. The beacon can be powered directly or initiated by
a 24Vdc relay or telephone ringing signal if requested
when ordered.
When installed as a direct switching device, the operating
mode can be set by means of a 3 way DIL switch
mounted on the underside of the electronics assembly.
The switch settings for the various modes of operation
are as follows:
