j) Turn on UPS, all UPS will enter line inverter mode and will operate in parallel.
Steps of removing single unit off the parallel system:
a) Please press the close key twice to remove one unit which is running normally.
b) Disconnect the unit’s own line switch, line output switch outside and battery switch.
c) Turn off other UPS which are running, take apart the maintain cover of every UPS and turn
all UPS maintain switches from “UPS” to “BPS” until all running UPS turn to BPS mode.
Then turn off the input switch of each unit.
d) After removing single unit, if leaving UPS system is changed to single running, please
connect the jumper between JP1 and JP2.
e) Take apart another UPS parallel cover and combine line connected with the UPS which
need to be removed until all UPS panels become black, then lock up the cover of parallel
ports again.
f) Take apart UPS parallel cover and combine line when the unit has to be removed, then lock
up the cover of parallel ports again.
g) Disconnect the input switch of the remaining unit, turn maintenance switch from “BPS” to
“UPS” until all remaining unit turn to BPS mode and lock up the maintain cover, then turn
on the parallel system which will operate in line mode.
The parallel system warning:
a) When the parallel system work in inverter mode, make sure that each unit’s maintenance
switch is in the same position, that is to say, either in the state of “UPS”, or “BPS”.
b) When turning on the parallel system before entering into inverter mode, UPS output switch
must be in the “OFF” state.
c) When the parallel system operates in inverter model, avoid doing any operation on any
unit’s maintenance switch.
