STEP 4 DOOR ASSEMBLY
FITTING THE HINGES
4.1
Position both sides of the hinge against the channel,
150mm in from each end, with the hinge pin exposed
__ _______, as shown. Drill 2 x 3mm holes through the two existing
hinge holes into the channel, then fasten with two rivets
as shown.

Once the hinges are fitted
to the door channel, the
door channel part number
HINGE PIN THIS SIDE

will have the letter 'H' added
to it as shown below.

channel in following
door assembly steps.

Repeat Step 4.1 for a second C1740 channel.
