Fully charge a NEW battery Pack ES01A-04 for at least 5 hours before first time use. (for
more information, see Battery Charger ES01A-05)

A warm battery pack may not be able to be fully charged.

There is no need to fully drain the Li-Ion battery back ES01A-04 because there is no voltage
depression or memory effect. The batteries need only charging for maintenance and storage.

To charge a Easylook Video Assist ES01A-04 battery pack, connect the charger ES01A-05 first to
mains power supply by connecting the mains lead to the mains power connector (
C3 ). Then slide
the battery pack in either charging slot ( C1 ) on top of the charger. A red LED ( C2 ) corresponding to
charging slot indicates normal battery charging. The battery is fully charged, as soon as the LED (
C2 ) turns solid green.
