Select the area where you would like to mount the wall
bracket so that the vacuum cleaner can be easily removed
from the bracket when you need it.
When mounting the wall bracket, make sure that it is close to
a properly installed socket so that you are still able to reach
the socket with the mains adapter after installing the charging
plug in the wall bracket.
A wall bracket for the vacuum cleaner is included in the product contents to
ensure that the vacuum cleaner is always handy and so that it can be safely
stored. Proceed as follows to mount the wall bracket:
1. Select a suitable location for mounting the wall bracket
9
(see
fig. A
and
B
).
2. Hold the wall bracket up to the position where you would like to mount it
and, through the screw holes
8
, mark the two drill holes on the wall with
a pencil.
3. Drill a hole at each of the two marks; the depth must correspond to the dow-
el length. Use a drill bit whose size corresponds to the dowels for this.
4. Insert the dowels in the two drill holes.
5. Insert the charging plug
15
through the hole
7
and turn it by 90° so that
it is securely in place (see
fig. B
).
6. Hold the wall bracket up to the wall so that you can screw the two enclosed
screws
10
through the wall bracket into the drill holes or dowels
(see
fig. B
).
7. Use a cross-slotted screwdriver to screw the wall bracket in place.
8. Store the vacuum cleaner by attaching the back of it to the wall bracket
(see
fig. C
).
You can now charge the vacuum cleaner as described in the chapter
“Charging the vacuum cleaner”.
