Check the device before each use! The device may only be operated if:
– it does not exhibit any visible damages;
– no previous errors or malfunctions have occurred;
– all parts of the device are securely mounted;
– all adjusting tools or screw keys have been removed from the device.

Kickback risk! Be absolutely sure to take the following precautionary measures:
– Always guide the saw; never guide the workpiece!

Always hold the device firmly with both hands.
– Never pull the saw back!
– Never tilt the saw blade!
– When sawing, the protective shield must be situated securely and completely on the
workpiece.

When working, never hold the workpiece with your hand! Clamp the workpiece in place. Do
not saw any workpieces, which are too small to be clamped in place.
❐
Only use saw blades, which are suitable for the applicable workpiece material.
❐
Ensure that you do not cover the front or back vents when sawing.
❐
Only guide the saw by applying
moderate
pressure!
Wear ear protection when working with the device.
Wear protective eyewear when working with the device.
Wear a dust mask when working with the device.
Do not wear
protective gloves when working with the device.
Wear firm-fitting work clothes when working with the device.
Cover long hair or, if necessary, wear a hair net.
