❐
Always use saw blades of the right size and with a corresponding reception bore (e. g. star-

❐
Never use damaged or incorrect saw blade shims or screws as the operating safety and
optimal device output can no longer be assured.
❐
Always keep the handle dry and grease-free.
❐
Do not allow the device to fall and do not subject it to strong percussions.
❐
Do not subject the device to extreme temperatures, severe temperature fluctuations or

When working on a wall, ceiling or floor, take cables, gas and water lines into account!
❐
Never saw workpieces that contain ropes, strings, straps, cables, wires or other materials.
There is a risk of entanglement!

Do not process workpieces containing toxins as toxic (e. g. carcinogenic) substances may be
released when sawing.
❐
Only saw thin or thin-walled workpieces with fine-toothed saw blades.
❐
Adjust the saw depth to the thickness of the workpiece. Less than one tooth height of the
saw blade should be visible under the workpiece.
❐
Ensure that you do not cover the front or back vents when sawing.

The device has an electronically-controlled overload guard. When the device approaches the
overload limit, the LED blinks. If this occurs, reduce the speed at which you guide the device.
If the LED continues to blink, the device is overloaded or jammed. The device automatically
deactivates. Allow the device to cool off for approximately 10 minutes before you use it
again.
❐
Always use a limit stop or edge guide when cutting lengthwise in order to improve the
cutting accuracy and to prevent the saw blade from jamming.
