1. Welcome to E.ZICOM
Thank you for the trust you have placed in our e.zichef® range of culinary devices.
We hope that you’ll be satisfied with this product, and we now ask you to take note of the following
operating instructions.
2. Register your product
Register your device in order to benefit from our responsive customer service during and after the
manufacturer’s warranty period. As such, should you need to contact our E.ZICOM support team or
to request a repair, we will be able to access your file and quickly check the status of your product
coverage.

3. Precautions for use
When using an electrical device, basic safety precautions should always be followed. Please note the
following non-exhaustive list:
• Always be vigilant.
Pay attention to avoid risk of burns – Be careful to not to get asphyxiated - Do
not use the barbecue in closed rooms.
• Do not use gasoline or alcohol to ignite or re-ignite the barbecue. Keep children and pets away
from the barbecue. Only use a bio-lighter gel in accordance with European standards for the use
of fire-lighting products (EN 1860-3).
• Wait until the barbecue has completely cooled before cleaning. Never spray water to extinguish
the charcoal. When using the barbecue, always use a barbecue tong. Never leave the barbecue still
hot/burning unattended.
• To dispose of your used charcoal, use only specially designed containers made of metal or non-
flammable materials. Do not place used charcoal in plastic or flammable containers.
