5.2 Installing the E-Connect
1.
The E-Connect can be mounted in any orientation.
2.
The E-Connect can be installed at various locations in the vehicle, but for optimal
reception the (green) hatched area is best, as high and as far forward as possible.
3.
Affix the E-Connect (taking note of the length of the accompanying screws).
WARNING
Ensure that you do not come into contact with the chassis
parts, gas piping and electrical wiring when assembling this
product.
REMARK
Before installing the E-Connect, check the effectiveness
of the E-Connect and the Bluetooth connection with the
smartphone. The smartphone should work within a radius of
10 metres around the trailer, caravan or camper.
