Alpha Tag

Changes the 10-character alpha tag for the selected system. The system
alpha tag is used only for programming and is not displayed by the trans-
ceiver.
Channel Number

Programs the channel number of that system. Channel numbers are shown
in the table at the end of this section.
Offset

Programs if the channel is offset 12.5 kHz on the low side. This is pro-
grammable for 800 MHz channels 1-600 only (Section 4.4.2).

duced by these numbers is set in the test mode (Section 3.6.10).

system (Section 3.9.4).
