PoWER SUPPLy
• The kitchen scales are powered by three 3 “AAA” 1.5 V batteries.
Notes
• The appliance can be energised only by batteries. Neither a mains connection, supply adapter nor supply
accumulator can be used for its power supply.
• Please use only batteries as specified in the instruction manual. Other batteries (other size or shape) cannot
be inserted in the appliance and it may become inoperable or damaged when used with batteries supplying a
different voltage.
Battery replacement
A warning indication on the display appears when the battery requires changing
Replace the batteries by following these instructions
1. Lift the balance from the wall console.
2. Remove the battery holder cover
3. Replace the exhausted battery with a new one, ensuring polarity alignment is correct. Please change the
battery carefully, because the warranty does not cover defects arising from incorrectly installed batteries.
