Touch
The Touch parameter determines how responsive the volume of a note is to the speed of the player's
keystroke. The piano offers 10 different Touch settings to suit different types of players.
Adjusting Touch
Press FUNCTION, then press TOUCH to call up the Touch menu.
Use the MOVE/ENTER button to reach the desired value.
Adjusting the Velocity for the 'Fixed Velocity' Setting
When the Touch parameter is set to 'Fixed Velocity', all notes played will have the same velocity
regardless of how it is played. You also may set the constant volume level that you wish to use while
using Fixed Velocity.
While in the Touch menu, repeatedly press MOVE/ENTER until you reach Fixed Velocity.
Then use the DATA buttons or DATA wheel to edit the velocity value.
