• In order to maintain optimal performance, cleaning the appliance after each use is highly
recommended. Always perform maintenance when the appliance is completely cooled and unplugged
from an electrical outlet.
• Plastic or bristle brushes may be used for cleaning stubborn stains.

use steel wool or wire brushes. Pieces can break off and touch electrical parts creating a
risk of electric shock.
• Clean the cooking grates with warm soapy water or with a water & baking soda solution. Non-
abrasive scouring powder can be used for stubborn stains.
• Clean the grease tray with a damp cloth and warm soapy water. Allow the grease tray to cool
completely before cleaning.
• Follow all warnings and safety precautions before removing meat from this appliance or preparing
