2.2.3 Connector Panel 1
The connector panel 1 provides the standard in- and outputs of the
Pronto2K/ProntoHD to give you the full functionality of the video sys-
tem. It holds, for example, the connectors for remote control and the
video I/Os (serial digital interface).

RMT OUT DB-9 connector (female), serial RS-422 inter-
face for master control; a pin-out of this con-
nector can be found in section “Signal In- and

RMT IN DB-9 connector (female), serial RS-422 inter-
face for slave control; a pin-out of this connec-
tor can be found in section “Signal In- and
Outputs” on page A-8
AUX 1 DB-9 connector (female), serial RS-422 inter-
face for auxiliary data (e.g. mixer control); a
pin-out of this connector can be found in sec-
tion “Signal In- and Outputs” on page A-8
GPI DB-9 connector (male), general purpose in-
terface; a pin-out of this connector can be
found in section “Signal In- and Outputs” on
page A-8
SDI In A BNC connector for input of YUV in single-link
or RGB in dual-link mode, serial digital inter-
face for digital video
SDI In B BNC connector for signal input of RGB in
dual-link mode, serial digital interface for digi-
tal video
