2.2.2 Overall Overview of the Rear
The following figure shows a detailed overview of the rear of the video
system:

connector panel 1 The connector panel 1 provides the stan-
dard in- and outputs of the Pronto2K/
ProntoHD to give you the full functionality
of the video system. It holds, for example,
the connectors for remote control and the
video I/Os.
slot panel connectors Here you can find the slot panel connec-
tors of the Pronto2K/ProntoHD. Available
are the digital video I/O panel containing
the DVIs, the graphic card panel and a
SCSI connector panel to connect the
Pronto2K/ProntoHD to a DVS CineReel or
other SCSI devices. Furthermore, if appli-
cable, some additional panels may be
present for internal reasons or on custom-
er request.
connector panel 2 The connector panel 2 holds the interfaces
for analog and digital audio (AES/EBU) as
well as LTC and wordclock.
power cable socket The socket for the power cable.
