Once the Pull Loop is inside the sleeve, grab the end of the sleeve and gently pull it away
from the exposed Pull Cord:

Pull the sleeve back until the Pull Cord is fully exposed as shown below:

Attach the covered connectors to the Pull Cord. Starting at the side closest to the
retracted sleeve, use electrical tape to firmly secure the first cable connector to the Pull
Cord as shown below:
