Troubleshooting
Problem

Machine not working.
Battery low or flat.
Recharge battery
Plug disconnected.
Connect plug to mains socket
Main switch not activated.
Press main switch.
Brush not rotating.
Brush control button not depressed.
Press brush control button.
Brush control lever not activated. [
Operate brush control lever.
Brush motor not starting easily.
Machine is working with a dry brush on a
particularly rough floor.
Increase the quantity of detergent.
Machine not scrubbing uniformly.
Brush or pad worn.
Replace brush.
Detergent solution not reaching brush.
Detergent tank empty
Fill detergent tank.
Water/detergent tank filter dirty.
Clean filter.
Blockage in hose delivering detergent
solution to brush.
Remove blockage.
Suction motor not working.
Suction control button not depressed.
Press suction control button.
Squeegee not cleaning or vacuum weak.
Lip of rubber blades in contactwith the
floor has become worn.
Replace squeegee blade.
Float controlled shut-off has been
tripped (dirty water tank full).
Empty out dirty water tank.
Blockage in squeegee suction hose.
Remove blockage.
Suction hose either not connectedto
squeegee, or damaged.
Connect or repair suction hose.
Diverter valve dirty.
Clean diverter valve.
Battery not giving expected operational
endurance.
Battery charger not working.
Replace battery charger.

Brush motor thermal overload.
Red Led light on brush control button, 1
slow blink
Switch off all functions of the machine.
Remove the dirty water tank to let more
air into the motor housing. Wait a few
minutes, then restart the machine If
the problem persists, contact customer
service.
Brush motor overcurrent/short circuit
Red Led alight on brush control button, 1
fast blink.
Switch off all functions of the machine.
Restart the machine. If the alarm appears
again, make certain that the brush is not
being used on a particularly rough floor.
If the problem persists, contact customer
service.
Detergent pump overcurrent/short
circuit.
Red Led alight on brush control button, 2
fast blinks.
Switch off all functions of the machine.
Restart the machine. If the problem
persists, contact customer service.
Suction motor overcurrent/short circuit.
Red Led alight on suction control button,
1 fast blink.
Switch off all functions of the machine.
Restart the machine. If the problem
persists, contact customer service.
Excess battery voltage.
Green battery charge Led blinking.
Check the integrity, operation and use
of the battery charger supplied with the
machine.
