The water-resistance of a timepiece protects the movement
from dust, moisture, and risk of damage to the movement
should it be immersed in water. Please see chart for guidelines
for recommended exposure of various water ratings. It is
important not to attempt to adjust the position of the crown
while the timepiece is in contact with water. Water can enter
the case causing damage to the movement.

For timepieces with screw-down crowns, it is important to
ensure the crown is in the proper position and completely
locked before contact with water. For timepieces with
chronograph functions, do not engage the chronograph under
water, as water may leak in the case and cause damage to the
movement.

When the mainspring if fully wound, it generates a power

reserve for approximately 40+ hours of normal use.

The power reserve indicator is a useful at a glance

reference to indicate how much power remains stored in

the mainspring. Note that the bar is for reference and

actual available power may differ slightly owing to varying

conditions of use and environment.

As power is used and transferred from the mainspring and

no other movements are generated, the power reserve

indicator will eventually wind to “O” power.
