2 . 加油
Lubrication
1 )把 专 用 10 #缝 纫 机 润 滑 油 加 入 到 油 盘 ① ， 加 到H I G H
标 记A的 位 置 。
2 )如 果 油 面 降 到L O W标 记B以 下 时 ， 请 再 次 把 油 加 至
HIGH 位置 。
3 )加 油 后 运 转 缝 纫 机 ， 润 滑 正 常 时 应 能 看 到 油 窗 ②
里 油 面 跳 转 。
4 )油 跳 动 量 的 大 小 与 油 量 的 多 少 无 关 ， 因 此不 用 担
心 。
(注 意)新 缝 纫 机 或 较 长 时 间 没 有 使 用 的 缝 纫 机 ， 应
进 行 约1 0分 钟 每 分3 0 0 0针 的 磨 合 运 转 。

with New Special Oil up to HIGH mark.

) When the oil level lowers below LOW mark, refill the oil
pan with the specified oil.

)When you operate the machine after lubrication, you will
see splashing oil through oil sight window

lubrication is adequate.

) Note that the amount of the splashing oil is unrelated to
the amount of the lubricating oil.
(Caution) When you first operate your machine after setup
or after an extended period of disuse, run your machine at
3000 s.p.m. to 35000 s.p.m. for about 10 minutes for the
purpose of break-in.

( 1 ).旋梭油量 调 整
1) 把下轴前段部的油量调节螺丝向 + 方向 (A 方向 ) ，转动
油量增多，向-方向 (B 方向 ) 转动油量变少。
2) 油量调节螺丝调节后，请进行 30 秒钟的空运转，以确
认油量。
1) Turning the oil amount adjustment screw attached on the
hook driving shaft front bushing in the + direction(in direction
A) will increase the amount of oil in the hook, or in the “-“
direction(in direction
B) will decrease it.
2) After the amount of oil in the hook has been properly
adjusted with the oil amount adjustment screw, make the
sewing machine run idle for approximately 30 seconds to
check the amount of oil (oil splashes) in the hook.
